Allen Bradley Bar Code Reader Development

Develop Code for PLC (Allen Bradley) to handle 2 or 3 Bar Code Readers installed on Paper Collation Machine. Code should have logic ladder to make sure Bar Code on individual documents pulled out of separate feeders match as a set as collated. If mismatched found, send signal or cut signal to relay to shutdown conveyor system. Collator will have 5 stations that will feed paper products onto moving lugged conveyor belt. Feeder 1 will inject paper insert into track, conveyor will move forward one position, Feeder 2 will feed insert onto piece that was feed from Feeder 1. Feeder 1 will inject new piece into raceway. This process continues through the 5 feeding stations.
