Classified Site

Looking for simple classified site. must be a dedicated provider that can focus on this project completely - focus on just USA and Canada in terms of country -Admin with ability to add state and city as the site grows - once inside the city page, will have home page ads like normal classified - will have up to 10 category (editable by the admin, can change name of category and add/remove categories) -in the category page will have at the top 3 highlighted ads then list the rest of the classified ads - when user clicks on the classified ads will take them to the ad page with the picture, text , google map location and user's contact number - will have paid and non-paid ads - 9 of the categories are paid ads - 1 of them will be non-paid ads and just list based on most recent to least same as other usual classified sites - create the ads -pay to be a top ad in the category - pay to be a highlighted ad in the category listings - pay more to be featured on the homepage of the city page - will have google adsense incorporated within the pages - SEO friendly pages, the category and ad title will be in the URL - Admin have control to delete ads, move ads to different category and change prices for the paid feature as well as add and remove city + state use paypal to collect payments, recurring monthly payments for paid ads, until canceled by the ad poster - users can log in to manage all the paid ads they have posted (delete, edit, pay more to be featured) - google analytics code on every page
