City Portal

I am looking for someone to create a website for me that is similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], torontoplus.ca. I want a site that has a community calendar with searchable functions. I will want a back-end to manage the site, advertising, approve postings, etc. I will not pay ANY money for this project until I see at least the site functioning as I want it to. I have had two people agree to do this project and both of them didn't complete the project as agreed. So if you are serious about doing this and have the ability then bid on it. This is an ideal project for someone who can get it done within two weeks and wants to get a positive rating. There will be plenty of opportuninty to earn additional money as I expand the site and the marketplace.
