Compant phone check verification (for chinese spoken)

Candidate must be chinese native language or? must speak and understand chinese perfectly like a native. he will be provided by a skype account with enough credit to call? a chinese number. Candidate must record the phone call (he can do a freeware software or whatever he wants) Candidate must phone the number and try to gather as many information as possibile!? ? Candidate must be very intelligent and able to speak to gather information...he can invent to have done a wrong number...then...trying to know who, what, and so on... Some info I need:?
