Add Color to JPEG's for Online Cartoon Book

I have 16 cartoons that are done as line drawings in jpeg format. [login to view URL] When done, they will be fit into cartoon books similar to these, [login to view URL] The text that will go with the 16 cartoons are here, [login to view URL] at [login to view URL] The bid is to do the coloring for only this drawing, [login to view URL] Then if I am thrilled with that coloring, then I will invite you do all of the coloring. I love the bright colors of Bugs Bunny style coloring, but anything unique and creative would be interesting. You can send me a link to any of your portfolio work, or a sample of what you can do. To answer some questions that came up. These are jpeg's, there are not vector drawings with this. They were scanned in from hand drawings. The coloring on these can be unique, and you can have fun with it. A distinct look would be cool, or just simple fills. If you want to show me your ideas, feel free to do so. You are bidding to do one drawing. Then if that works good, I may choose to have you do all 16 plus a cover. Thanks!
