Develop 2d Graphics for a New Game

I need a 2D Game Artist for my new Game. The Artist needs to take full responsibility for creating the Graphics for the Game includes(characters creation,animations,texturing, game video trailer creation, Game Sound Effects, Evnironment creation/texturing, GUI Screens creations).
