Background Image for Webpage

Hello, We have a vBulletin installation. We want to change the background to an image. We want an image of a beach. We don't want a "real life" representation of the beach, more like a "cartoon" looking beach. We are uploading an image for reference. The image has to be divided into three parts: Top part Middle part (repeating) Bottom part ELEMENTS::: TOP Part: nice blue skies, with a couple of clouds MIDDLE Part: this part will be repeating, depending on the "height/length" of the webpage... so this part has to be a solid color BOTTOM Part: sandy beach, with small waves in the background two palm trees on the right side For inspiration, look at the background that vBAlien has [login to view URL] Deliverables are high-quality jpg images, plus the Photoshop files with all the elements separated into layers.
