I need someone to design my homepage and code it into HTML so my programmer can replace it into my existing website.

I will give you a rough sketch of the look and layout I need. I need you to transform it into design in psd and HTML. Please Give me both files. Prefer a look with lots of gradient play, curves and a classy expensive look.
