Custom t-shirt design/logo - repost

I am looking for someone to design a simple idea for me that can be turned into a t-shirt transfer, ASAP. i have a good grasp on what i want but just can't get it all to mesh well. i've even got images but just not satisfied with where i'm at. This is my 1st time using freelancer so not sure how much i should list here. basically i want a custom crown slanted over a word or phrase. the crown will be the iconic piece of most of my designs, so it is the most important. the word/s, i just want them to flow well within the design not particular about the font, artists' choice. i do however want a refined (royal) look to it, not something over-the-top cartoonish. additionally i will want someone to design a logo with a throne and a banner, following those same general guidelines. don't know if this will require me posting a separate project or not. i would prefer to use the same artist to keep the designs flowing together. so it is also an opportunity for multiple future jobs to whomever is interested. so here's what i have and i will try to break down what i like about each picture: the vector images were just basic looks that grabbed my attention. the lox "we are the streets" album, i liked the cracks in the concrete (show tarnish/age on the crown). The 2 drawn images are my failed attempts but i like the way the first 1 would square the image with how the sides are drawn. the picture with the "k" is how i would want the crown slanted and cutting off a portion of the letter. the crown with the bottom scratched over, i really like how they placed the stars. the wings are optional but i liked the idea of them being incorporated, either in the crown itself or attached to the outside of the crown. All of this is just where i was headed. if you as an artist, from my description think you have a better idea, i'm completely open to that as well. i hope it doesn't sound complicated because i really want something basic. As stated i'm looking for this design ASAP. the quicker you think you could get it done to my liking, the more i'd be willing to pay for your service.
