Create LARGE iPhone icon (Photoshop)

We need to have a LARGE iphone icon created. The icon needs to be created in Photoshop and delivered with all layers in tact on a transparent background. The image needs to be 1000px by 1000px at 350 dpi. An exact sample can be downloaded from the url below but it is very small and we need ours to be very large as stated above. [login to view URL] It needs to be the "blue" icon but with no symbol or logo on it. There are numerous tutorials and templates on the internet explaining exactly how to design an iphone icon. We just need ours to be BIG. Budget is $10 U.S. and payable immediately to the first person who returns a satisfactory version of the icon. Feel to watermark to protect your work.
