I am looking to have this image redrawn to be cleared up as much as possible. I am attaching the original image as well as a resized version. This is the size I need. It needs to be smooth and clear and at 300DPI at 15" wide x 11" tall. I need all the JPEG artifacts removed and smoothed. I do not want the image to "look drawn" or "cartoon-ish". I would still like it to look like a real photograph. Whether you redraw it from scratch somehow or just carefully touch it up until it looks crisp and clear, that is up to you.
