Create a self-running powerpoint presentation

We need to develop a top quality self-running presentation for a trade show (and later use on our website). We expect this to be done using powerpoint.
It will run for 90 seconds to one minute. It will use some existing slides and screenshots and additional slides and photos. We will develop the narrative.
The industry area is "creating personal journeys for customers in retirement planning."
We would like to be able to do a version with and without a voiceover.
