Hello, You have invited me to bid on this project and so you must already be aware of my skill set and ability to do the job for you. As this is likely to go into a small scale production run then you will be needing a custom PCB from the start. My quote for this project includes the PCB design. I see also from your prototype design that it looks like you are hoping to run this from an coin cell. Can I suggest that you consider a small LIPO cell instead. you can then integrate a USB charger into the design to allow the user to charge it up from any USB socket/charger. I presume that unlike the arduboy you are not intending to sell these as self assembly kits then the housing can be a little more robust and less hobbyist looking. You could also consider making it a little thicker than the arduboy but half the size with the finger touch point on the back or top and the display on the front. this way it could almost be made into a keyring style device. Hello, I am interested in this work. It indeed is a very interesting project. I am an experienced arduino programmer and have done custom h/w designs as well. I've several arduino boards and LCD's which I can use for development. It will be quick. I've done custom board design for Bluetooth Switch board design based on Atmeg328p. It had a very small footprint. I've also done flexible PCB design which could be of your interest for this project since you want it of a credit card size. Hi sir, I'm a mechatronics engineer and I have experience with electronics, pcb and case design, all areas in relation with your project. First, for mass production you DON'T need and arduino, just a microcontroller, a LCD and little amount of analog components. Arduino is a little expensive (there is other boards like TexasInstruments LaunchPad at 9.99USD) and is a little big for your porpusses. Hi I am an Electrical Engineer with several Arduino projects under my belt. I am an active member of the Arduino community and bildr.org. I have seen the project you want to build on and it can be done. The main objective of this project will be to find slim components to fit into a small device whereas balancing the power requirements e.g batteries etc. I feel up to the challenge and can deliver the project. For Arduino, I propose Arduino mini which will be powered by coin cell batteries. GSR sensors can be embedded quite easily and then we can display the data on an LCD.
