Design me a Baby Radiant Warmer

Myself: I am a pediatrician and neonatologist,workin in rural India My Problem: The infant warmers i use break down frequently.I have to call the particular company technician for service and get charged [login to view URL] the spare parts are not so easily available and even though costs like a monster. What i need or intend to do: I have to design a Infant Radiant warmer at the lowest possible cost. any pediatrician or nurse should be able to repair it easily only plug and play features should be present very cheap spare parts should be enough and easily available for example: if the baby's skin temperature probe/sensor breaks down,i should be easily plug in another sensor at dirt cheap price for example: if the main circuit board breaks down i should be able to plugin the main circuit board easily i want to get rid of these mulitiple manufacturers using their own custom circuit boards and blah blah.. and use universally available dirt cheap industrial thermal sensors and things like Raspberyy pi,instead of custom circuit boards
