China promotional products sourcing

Hi there, I am looking for somebody in China who can help me source promotional items with printing (such as plastic or metal pens) on a regular basis. We currently import these items from China but sometimes have trouble with quality and communication. You must help make sure of the following: Quality, Price and On-Time Delivery, Communications with the supplier (if required) Must be fluent in English and Chinese. An understanding of "paper printing" or "promotional printing" would be a plus. I am looking for somebody who can source items physically, not just online. Your pay can be based on a fixed amount per order. For this initial bid please bid what you will charge to source 5 pen manufacturers. Including sending prices and photos by email.
