We need to build a low-cost battery powered scanner device with GSM/CDMA modem integrated that can send document (standard size) to a remote server. We'd like to customize the UI of device with a combination of small Screen(to display), Keyboard (to enter basic details), Sound (to notify) and LEDs.
We are seeking for hardware solution for product prototyping and designing.
