Original description: Seeking a well-rounded, high-energy, detail-oriented individual to assist in setting up a call center for a fun-filled and fast paced company. Must enjoy working in a vibrant and fast paced environment. Responsibilities: Supervise a team of 15-20 customer service representatives. - Setup a call center - Maintain and increase productivity and efficiency within the department. - Delegate projects and tasks to reps while maintaining a structured schedule. - Manage time and a schedule for the department. - Assist in the hiring/firing decision making process.

I have worked as an administrative support contractor for a business bartering company for 4 years, three years with other small businesses. I have also run my own catering company for 6 years. I have strong communications skills (including data mining/ research) , strong internet skills, and familiar with most office suite programs. I am able to learn and apply new skills fairly quickly. I am a recent graduate with a Master's degree in project management.
