## Deliverables

I have a vBulletin based forum website.
I need to place the first horizontal rotational banner ad inbetween 5th forum and 6th forum.
and place the second rotatonal banner in between 9th forum and 10th forum.
and place the third rotational banner ad between thread 3 and thread 4 under each forum.
YOU do not to do programmng for me. All scripts have been made by developers as follows.
