ASP.NET 2.0 or higher The look and feel will be customized: Integrate owner logo across the website. Allow for multiple blogers. There will be opportunity for several blogers to own a space and post articles. Each bloger will be able to customize home page and allow for display of bloger photo. The website's homepage will be customized. Every month or quarterly, the list of new articles/journals will be available on the homepage for users/visitors to view. Articles/Journals published will be grouped into monthly/quarterly publications. Usres will be able to view past publications. Essentially, articles are grouped into publications based on dates of publications. These can then be viewed as archived group of publications. Allow for customization of bloggers home pages ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform Windows 2000 + IE 6.0+ Firefox Safari 4.0+ Opera
