Designer Seeking Programmer Familiar with Wordpress Thesis to Customize Design

Hello! I am a web designer and have created a custom design with the intention of having it programmed into the Wordpress Thesis theme for my client's website. The design includes links, a feature area, a content area, multiple widget-ized areas, a second feature area (that could instead be a widget if that's best), and a "Recent Articles" area.
