Assist with Project Management

Formulate and define complex systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of business, systems and industry requirement especially in the Crew Solution. � Include analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation of proper system requirement specifications. � Work on enterprise system problems of diverse scope where analysis and evaluation of functionality is required. � Supports the successful delivery, enhancement, and maintenance of Airline Solutions products. � Ensures new product functionality is delivered as required and does not impact existing products. � Performs onsite customer support. � Assist in the development of acceptance criteria working with the QA team. � Provide assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing cost effect systems and procedures that meet the requirements of the end user. � May provide consultation to product owner, delivery or users in the area of represented systems. Provide functional and business practice recommendations and direction to less experienced business systems analysts. � Have very good knowledge Operations area - especially crew planning and Tracking � Provide functional consulting on represented products. � Work within international environment. � Good at multitasking, manages multiple projects � Research and analyzes current systems to gain an understanding of customer business requirements that are needed to support development of new solutions. � Work according to Agile principles and methodologies.
