Hi,
We are two entrepreneurs and recent graduates of Colby College located in the Boston area with concentrations in business. We have created a business plan (subject to change), specifications and wireframes for a web application. Our website has its roots in social networking, but the vision is unique and unprecedented in it’s design, interface and applications. It is truly remarkable in its ability to fill the needs of college students. We need a developer to turn our vision and design into a working application. We are pursuing funding, but we need a commitment from a developer in order to secure funding to go to the next stage, which is building out the application.
We're looking for the right person to join us to build a basic prototype, and build our web site in ruby on rails (or possibly a python web framework or other, if so inclined). We need a great web developer, someone who can build the backend web service, and hopefully make a good start on the frontend design. Our business plan has made it to the finals in competitions, and our commitment to our vision is unwavering.
