Selected bidder for this project is required to develop a simple tool in ESRI ArcMap or a python script to convert an excel file with polygon coordinates field in format (E1 N1, E2 N2, ...... E1,N1) to an ESRI shapefile or Feature Class. The excel file also includes other attributes which shall be as additional fields in the shapefile or feature class. I need this tool asap

I have experience in data processing of excel files with Python. Furthermore, this is my first bid and thus I am eager to make a good impression on this website. I intend creating a python script with 3rd-party libraries. I will include the libraries in the final tool, but I thought it was worth mentioning at this point. Let's discuss the details and I will not rest until this task is complete.
