Additional features on Flask / Python Web App

Hello, I am developing an app with flask and pulling some data via API call which is coming back as json. I am converting it to dictionary and displaying it on the screen with no problem. Now I need assistance with few things: 1 - When pull information I need to save them in to tables via SQL-Alchemy. I have three tables that has 3-5 row in each so not super complex. 2 - When a user login (I have them logging in via their mails) session is set to their email address. I need to have the session keep few more values like a client ID and an account ID, so I can pull other values from other tables where this info matches which is set when user logs in. 3 - SQL Alchemy queries to pull required data from other tables and show on the flask templates that I define, so I need class and function to be written. So users see the info that belongs to them only. I am trying to write an interface to a saas company and be a re-seller. I use flask and python 2.7.
