Browser automation for a few tasks

First of all, when you mean Browser automation, you probably mean website automation, eg. using Selenium+PhantomJS, rather than actual browser, correct? Generally, this is perfectly doable, and I have automated several tasks this way, in particular on potentially hostile sites (that do not want to be automated and get out of their way to make it difficult). I will happily discuss the details of the tasks to be automated with you. Especially the unclear and vague statements from the description (like, sending to the customer; how? probably email?).
