Cryptsy push notification local cache

Hi, A little background - Cryptsy is a bitcoin trading platform which provides API access in both poll and push methodologies. I already have a code built for the Cryptsy public API, and I would to integrate it to another library which uses the push API, so basically the project is to listen to messages, saved them and respond to local calls (HTTP GET) with the last cached data. Project requirements: 1 .Python library which runs a local service (namely: local server) 2. The local server signs and listens to cryptsy push notifications (Please have a look at [login to view URL] for details) 3. When called with parameters, the local server should return the last received data. 4. The local server should provide HTTP GET API, which corresponds to Cryptsy public API (For details -[login to view URL]). 5. Project includes unittests. 6. Tests should validate data validity, e.g by querying the local service and Cryptsy public api and compare the results.
