Convert/Recreate Blender 3D model to IGS format

The attached 3D model needs to be converted from Blender (free download) to IGS format. I will provide you the model's Blender file. Blender's export formats are Collada (.dae), Stanford (.ply), Stl, 3D Studio (.3ds), Autodesk FBX, Wavefront (.obj), and X3D. So far all my efforts to convert the model automatically failed and I don't know if this is possible at all or not. In case you would need to recreate the model in a CAD software manually, the exact size/proportions of the model would need to be applied. Also the files in the format of your software would need to be provided in addition to the IGS format.
