Creating Simple 3D Models in STL

We're looking for help on creating 3D models of basic structures & items. For a start, this is a project for 1 single 3D model to be created, but if we like your work, there will be many more projects in the pipeline.
We will provide some basic reference pictures (from all directions) of the item we wish for you to create in 3D. Here is a sample - [login to view URL]
Please also show us your portfoilo so we can get a reasonable guage of your capabilities and strengths. While this project may not be up your alley, there may be other projects in our pipeline for which you are a good fit. Also, let us know which modeling software you will be using.
Timeline: Less than 2 weeks.
Deliverables: Output file in *.STL (and also the native 3D format of your program you are using - do let us know which software it is)
