Design-Build Firm Seeking Local Freelance Designer/Draftsman for Residential Construction

We are a Greenville design-build firm with ongoing new and existing residential construction projects. We are looking for a long-term freelance individual to support existing designers. You will be working to achieve custom homes for our clients that meet their needs and desires, and that reflect the quality for which our company is known. Each construction document you create will include foundation plan, framing plan, floor plan, elevations, sections and details, schedules, electrical plans, as well as site and grading plans.
You must meet the following requirements:
-Have a thorough understanding of wood framed construction & residential construction
-Have a thorough understanding of the residential building code
-Be dependable & able to manage time effectively while working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects
-Be able to make red-line corrections after QC checking
-Possess accurate note taking skills and follow through from client and co-worker meetings
-Possess positive professional work ethic in a non-smoking office environment
