Accounts Report writing

Basically I have to create a report on the university 5 different stakeholders. i have attached the Uoit Finical statement, it must be used in the report. and since its only 4 pages, only important information can be on the report. My Professor also wants the references in the body of the paper and also at the end. thank you. UOIT has recently appointed you to prepare an independent consulting report to analyze the university’s current financial position and to provide some recommendations for improvement. Before you begin your analysis, you decide to identify UOIT’s various stakeholders. Stakeholders require accounting information that is useful for decision making. Please list 5 of UOIT’s different stakeholder groups and in each case explain why evaluation and assessment of accounting information is important for them when making decisions. Your assignment must include: • Name & student ID number • Due date: • Hard copy to be handed in within the first 10 minutes of class • Maximum length – 4 pages including references Notes from class : -Cannot be Basis- Cant not be a student, and state that Tuition fees are high or cannot be a Professor and state wages aren’t enough -Cannot Increase Tuition fee more than 5% per year. - Shouldn’t Selling Land in the North Campus – Is Short Term gain, But Long Term Loss (Cannot really sell of land, just to pay of something. Cause the university will need the buildings.) - Students Association is Stakeholder (Look at Toronto Star News report) - Durham College is another stakeholder (Since we share buildings, parking lots with them) - Facility Members is another Stakeholder - University Students at UOIT is also a Stakeholder - Community is also a Stakeholder
