Customer service case study for successful company, must find the company and write the case study to include what the company was experiencing, why they wanted to improve their customer service, what they did to improve the service (qualities and skills they worked on), the results of those efforts, and questions that I could share with a group as a faciliator to have them apply those principles to their company.
