Copy and paste article construction

I am looking for some one to research articles in a provided niche. The articles will need to be analysed and relevant sentences or paragraphs will need to be copied into one main document. I want the result to be a numbered list of approximately 400 - 500 'points' or 'benfits' or 'tips' relevant to the niche provided. These need to be sentences or small paragraphs. You can also choose to pick a paragraph and rewrite it a few times if you find it is quicker. This is what I need to do with your results: These points need to be mixed up in such a way that they can make a new article whatever number and combination I pick. So I may pick six parts from your list, say 243, 84, 143, 12, 56, 411. These need to be related enough to be read as a new article, once assembled in any order. Please let me know if you need me to clarify any further, as it may be hard to explain in full here. This is an easy job as there is no writing skill involved BUT understanding the articles researched is important, as they need to come together in a relatively coherent way.
