Hello, I need to create a database that allows my company and clients to engage in two-way communication while storing conversations and sharing files. The purpose of this project is to increase transparency and communication between my company and clients. Here are some key features: 1. The design should be clean, simple, with my company’s logo. 2. The client and company should have access to the database. This can be done setting up user Ids and passwords for each person. 3. The database should have Admin privileges for the owner of the company, as well as an option to make another user an Admin. 4. The client and an employee with the company should have ability to upload a profile picture. 5. The database must allow for two-way communication. a. Client and company should have the ability submit and respond to messages. b. The client should have an ability to ask questions. Each question should be date/time stamped. Each question can be tagged as low priority, medium, priority, or high priority. 6. The database must allow for sharing docs and storing docs. 7. The database should also allow for integration of a third-party, through APIs, such as social media, PayPal, cloud storage, and Rightsignature.com. 8. The database must have top-levels of security. 9. The database should include a calendar and meeting schedule. This can be done through an API. I have attached a screenshot to guide you.

Hi, I have more than 20 years of software development experience including PHP, MySQL. I am working in a top 5 bank in USA. I have experience in developing applications using VB,VB.NET, C#, C++, Objective C Java, ASP.NET, Javascript, JQuery, SQL Server, Access, Web Services, XML etc.. Few things 1) Same database can be used different clients, using one client ID, each clients can be identified 2) The user ids will be unique across different clients, so when a user is signing in, based on the user id, different landing pages can be shown to the client user 3) Different roles can be assigned , for your company and different roles for client companies 5) Communications can be done between your company and client company's, if email platform is also there, then an email can be sent to you or admins if there are questions/messages from client 6) The landing page for your company can show reporting dashboard, which can have multiple sections in the screen, including the different sections for chats, questions and activities and even for revenue or other things 7) Graphs can be included in in the dshaboards 8) Daily activity summary like a a dashboard each client can be emailed in HTML format. 9) Based on CSS, each client sites can be customized using their logos 10) File sharing can be done.
