Automotive Industry Consultant

I am seeking someone with experience in the automotive industry to provide consulting services regarding the feasibility of a project I am anticipating undertaking. The consultant should have, at a minimum, experience in one of the following: 1) as a financial manager or higher at the dealership level; or 2) as a district manager at the automotive group level; or 3) experience at the corporate level evaluating business proposals. I will need a resume and a signed non-disclosure agreement prior to beginning substantive discussions. The fee is maxed at $100 because, as an initial consultation, no more than one to two hours of the consultant's time should be needed. If the project proceeds further, additional services at a reasonable hourly rate may be needed.
