Community Music web site.-(Datpiff.com type of project.)

I wan't to make a site for multiple members like a community site. I also wan't the members to be able to upload videos. I also need the user to be able to upload mp3's for playback & download. I need the members to be able to upload music as a album with front and back cover. I need music to be downloaded as a single file or a whole file(Album) I need a section for: 1. New Mixtapes 2. Most listened 3. Most download 4. Upcoming Mixtapes 5. Hot Mixtapes 6. Hot Mixtapes this week 7. Hot mixtapes this month I Need member profiles. I need it to where members can connect & share to **facebook, myspace, twitter, youtube etc. I need a chat, video chat & groups **I need a "I like this" button on mp3's & albums.
