Advertising sales for a website

I am looking for a person that can sell advertising on our website. The payment will be a prosentage of paid invoices from the generated sale the person brings in. We have a system already in place that the sales person needs to maintain. The person must act proffesionally and speak norwegian or any other scandinavian language, but make themselves understood when talking to norwegian customers.
