My clients are mainly small companies that are willing to grow and I’ve worked in HR projects for USA & Europe, including strategical planning, recruitment, among others. I must say that I really enjoy my work! Besides my HR career, I have developed very strong commercial skills
Before I started on my own, I worked during a year and a half at Kimberly-Clark (transnational and very well-known company), were I was responsible of HR process for Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, IT and Supply. I was responsible of doing the entire recruitment processes: candidate search (applying all type of strategies), CV and compensation analysis, and interviews (in English and Spanish), so I'm very familiar with the industry.
