I am a family physician for last 8 years. The price here in pakistan is very much subsidized. Around 15$ per tablet. While it is around 1000$ in USA. But first there is a registration process, and after some time when application is approved, then medicine is delivered. You can not get medicine without registration. It may take some time. If you are interested, then let me know.
