1. I get an order for a sales letter.

2. I ask the buyer to fill out a questionnaire.

3. I research the information and put together a rough draft of the sales letter.

**4. I forward the sales letter to you to edit, add any content that I may have forgotten, format, and proof for grammar and technical mechanics.**

5. You send the sales letter to me for final approval.
