Need someone to help me organize Sales Plans / Activations for a commodities brokerage business (mainly food related). I am currently busy developing other ventures and need a person to help me boost / drive the first entrepreneurial phase of this brokerage company!! (trial phase up to three months - could be hired with better conditions later on).
Job will include:
1. Identify sales targets in specific regions (companies, contacts, etc)
2. Proper approach on targets (email/phone/other) - generate interest!!
3. Present strong / relevant offers
4. Follow up / motivate / activate purchase
5. Help follow up with suppliers and other business stakeholders (logistics/shipping lines, banks, government, etc)
6. Follow up on delivery and client satisfaction
7. Generate platform for new business...
Specific functions may include:
- Create daily and spot reports for management (on word, excel, and / or ppt).
- Prepare presentations for clients / management / suppliers (mainly on ppt).
- Receive / reply e-mails on time and using proper tones
- Receive / make phone calls on behalf of company (call related calls quantified / paid separately)
- Market research
