I need the following developed, there are 2 small parts:
(1)
A python script to capture the twitter stream from one account (@BeijingAir) that can be deployed to Google App Engine. The stream should be stored in one of the databases provided by Google App Engine.
This account publishes 1 tweet every hour, 24 hrs a day. It would be good if the script could poll every hour in order to have the most up to date data captured.
(2)
A single very simple web page to show the results in a table (can limit to last 100 messages or some other constraint to make it easier to query or display)

* ability configure which account to poll (or even hashtag search string)
* ability to configure how many results on the web page
* configuration broken out into separate text file (e.g. csv or json)
