I understand that you are having issue with the script that you are using to provide information to the models.
There are two ways in which you may be able to resolve this issue, if you can a hold of the originally webmaster that created/modifed the scrip [url removed, login to view], then you would have them edit it to include sending out approved transaction information to the models.
However, Is you are unable to get in touch with this person, you could have another webmaster/developer create a similar script but have them include approved process transactions. If they are able to do this, you would then have them provide us with the URL so that we may update it in our system.

I understand that you were having issues with models not receiving proper confirmation when a payment was processed [url removed, login to view] "webshop" the virtuemart shopping order confirmation. you only get a confirmation from the shop "awaiting payment" that the order has been made and payment is "awaiting" but not getting any order confirmation from the webshop when it has been paid. Only the web owner gets info from ccbill when the payment has been made. but we talking about the virtuemart shopping card. we only need some minor changes in the script to correct this [url removed, login to view] when customers buy an item from a certain model, the model too receives confirmation from the web shop that the order has been put down and paid. how can we solve this problem.
After going over the account with the Ilona, I was able to determine that the system that is currently setup is not using our Custom Email system. Based off the description the system that is currently in use is the Background Post system. Our post captures and sends transaction information regarding customers making purchases.
When checking the custom email system, only Ilona was receiving those, which means the current emails the models were receiving were from the Post system. In order to have set this up, a script would have had to be setup in order to pass through certain information. Since it is a custom script, I am unable to assist with this, however, to whom wrote the script, all that would need to happen is to pass through the approval information so that the models receive that information as well.
