Application that will start several programs, and automatically imput the desired username and password

I need an application that will allow me with one click to start multiple programs, and automatically input the desired username and password, for multiple users, eg. : 20 icons on desktop each one with another name, and each icon will start the same programs, and input different usernames and password for each program.
