Create countdown script for website

You are to create a 30 minute countdown script for [[url removed, login to view]][1] and [url removed, login to view] ...

I want a script that when people go to the site each individual will see a countdown...

Even if they refresh the page the countdown has to be at the same point where they left it.

If they return to the site later I do not want the countdown to continue. So if they come back the sale is over to them. If you feel you can do this job or have done this before and can show me examples please bid on this project.
