Add/Edit Content on my Home Page and Add Short Form.

I need to edit/add content on my "home page only" to Attract Visitors Attention. This can be done by changing/adding font, text size, graphs, pictures etc. I also need a short form/application put in there so clients will Take Action and fill it out.
