Create a PowerShell script which can extract a ZIP file and list changes

I need a very basic PowerShell script which does the following things. 1) Reads a specified directory and checks which files are inside that directory 2) Extracts a .zip file to that specified directory and overwrites all files inside (and deletes the files which are in the directory, but not in the zip file) 3) Lists all created/deleted/modified files and shows them to the user Important note: The directory has to be completely overwritten, so files that are not in the .zip file, the files shouldn't be in the directory anymore either. It would be great to get this done for max € 30 - € 40, it should be easy.
