General Data Integration Requirements Products...High-Level Product Processing Requirements Connect to Vendor Feed (FTP and/or Web Service) Load into SQL staging table Connect to Big Commerce API Load Master Product File into table Based on Business rules create a list of which products should be (Added, edited or marked inactive) Create a new Master Product File that contains the edits Load the new file of updated products back into Big Commerce using their API Retain copies of both the original and modified Master Product Files Other Notes: Generate/Email a report of which products were added, edited and marked inactive, as well as orders processed.
