Complete Shop on our Website

Hi there. I need help doing some finishing touches to our shop. I am happy to populate the site myself, I just need some help finishing some jobs that i am not able to do myself. Our shop is at: [login to view URL] You must have experience building complex shops using wordpress and code. We would like our site to look and function more in layout as [login to view URL] Need someone who is confident setting layout (with thumbnail pictures) and product options eg as seen at: [login to view URL] - where customer can choose to add paddle bag and paddle guard for extra cost. A few changes here and there to font sizes etc. Also need someone who has experience setting up some shipping costs /combined shipping costs Basically if you can help me get front page of shop and one product looking and working great and shipping and payment working, I can populate the site myself.
