Your not going to find someone in India that has 10 Verified Credit cards to use with Amazon. You need 10 Credit cards from Walmart or something as there is no way in hell I would turn over an acct with my personal card numbers attached to them. What is it you are trying to do? If you are looking for 10 free EC2 small instances, there's a better way, but it will cost you my bid for me to tell you how to get 15 free micro instances on Azure each month on one account.
