Digital Manager Job Description • The Webmaster implements web pages, maintains content and oversees day-to-day management of the company website, and assures quality and filing integrity of web pages. Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for the design of company web pages, including graphics, animation and functionality. • To develop web page infrastructure and application related to pages with more advanced graphics and features. • To monitor web server and site technical performance. • Implementing search engine optimization strategies. • Promoting client websites online to increase prominence within their web community where possible. • Management of Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns to achieve optimum ROI (Return On Investment) for individual active search terms for each of the major search engines • Work closely with the Sales Manager to set and ensure marketing campaigns achieve budgeted commercial targets • Circulate efficient and accurate reporting, detailing results of each web marketing campaign and possible improvement • Advise President on improvement, results, competition and new direction in technology to assist with marketing of the brand. • Maximize online affiliate opportunities and revenue generation for the brand (with possibility of widening affiliate advertising schemes) • Ensure regular communication and email contact with affiliates and act as main point of contact • Source and manage new revenue generating online marketing opportunities • Maintain an inventory of advertisements and manage the ad server software. • Debug issues that arise with the performance of the website. • Interface for performance issues. • Serve as liaison between IT partners and our company. • Trouble shoot the site. • Review statistics and monitor analytics. • Plan for future changes to the website. • Optimize the website and analyze the speed of the website. • Serve as a database administrator and manage any company database Skills / Attributes Required • Proven Website Management experience. • You will have strong web design skills which will include the ability to edit HTML and JavaScript skills. • A thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) techniques. • Experience of running and evaluating online marketing campaigns, which will include the management of Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns. • A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team. • Extensive knowledge of WordPress • Expertise in Photoshop, Slideshow, etc. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Part-time Salary Negotiable Work hours: From 10- 24 hours per week
